McCarthy's Red Stag Pub and Whiskey Bar had a 3-level brick patio built in front of the restaurant on Walnut Street in Historic Downtown Bethlehem.
McCarthy's intends to use the 24-seat patio year-round as a dining area and performance venue.

St. James Gate Irish Pub at the Sands Casino is closing November 30, 2015. It will be renovated and then reopened as an Italian restaurant - Buddy V's Ristorante.
Buddy V's at the Sands Casino will be a home style, Sunday gravy Italian cooking type of restaurant.
Buddy V's will include an indoor patio of about 30 to 40 seats that will spill out on to the casino floor.

Emeril's Italian Table will be closed to make way for Emeril's New Orleans Fish House which is scheduled to open in late spring, 2016.
The menu will feature lunch entrees in the $20 range and dinner ranging from $25 to $45.
