along with Southern Wine & Spirits of PA and the Bethlehem Parking Authority,
presents the most delicious weeks of the year in Bethlehem’s Historic District and SouthSide Shopping District! 26 Restaurants in Bethlehem will offer fixed menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner! No passes, tickets or coupons are required. Instead, diners may simply visit their favorite participating restaurants throughout the week to enjoy the special prix fixe breakfast, lunch or dinner menus. at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is a BIG HIT! A popular starter at Emeril Lagasse's Chop House is the "Baked Crabmeat Gratin". It consists of three different cheeses, swiss, fontina and white cheddar that are combined with a rich bechamel sauce. The lump blue crab meat is folded into the melted cheese and served in a warm ramekin with toasted crostini. |

Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem will offer good eating around the clock when it opens on May 22, 2009. A local restaurant owner, Kostas Kalogeropolous, plans to open a 24-hour buffet restaurant in the casino called The Blue Cobalt. The restaurant will feature lunch and dinner buffets and serve a la carte items all day long. A casino buffet featuring trays of pasta in tomato and cream sauces, carving stations for chicken, beef or ham and the dessert cart will cost you about $25. Cobalt Cafe will employ approximately 140 people in jobs ranging from chefs and kitchen staff to waiters and baristas. This is a great addition to the Lehigh Valley dining scene. |
